The use of artificial intelligence and maximum process automation is an essential part of the so-called “smart factories” to which Flenexa plus s.r.o. belongs.

We cooperate with AP optimal s.r.o., which provides automatic documentation of production and analysis of these data for us. This AP Stat software solution enables us not only to collect data online, but also to evaluate these data for potential weaknesses. The goal is to eliminate inefficient machine times, work, etc.
As part of production planning and process management, ISO 9001, we use our own Production System 4.0 to support the bidding and ordering process, production management and planning, attendance and fault management.
